Owner invites sealed Bidder’s Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows: The District invites bids for four projects to herbicide-control invasive herbaceous and woody plants. Project 1 is an hourly-based contract at Cuba Marsh Forest Preserve, Lake Zurich, IL; Project 2 is an hourly-based contract at Middlefork Savanna Forest Preserve, Lake Forest, IL. Project 3 is an hourly based contract at Grassy Lake Forest Preserve, Lake Barrington, IL. Bidders can bid on one, two, three or all four projects. Details of each Project are described under Attachment B, Section 2 (Title, Description, Coordination, Goals, and Scope) A Vendor submitting a bid (Proposal Pg 1 through Bid Bond, along with any addenda, if issued) must adequately identify its bid and submit it on or before the Bid Submittal Deadline. Bids shall be submitted as outlined within the Invitation for Bidder’s Proposal Section 6.
