This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-11-Q-P45W05 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). HSCG80-11-Q-P45W05 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-49. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 238210 is $14.0 million. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 6.203-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.

The United States Coast Guard Surfaces Forces Logistics Center has a requirement and is requesting quotations for the following OEM parts:

These items are used on the US Coast Guard 210' Medium Endurance Cutters. Substitute part numbers are NOT acceptable. Delivery shall be on or before September 11, 2011. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination. One of each Item shall be collected and shipped together as one package to each of the fourteen addresses as listed (See below to view the list of addresses).

It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order to Dynalec Corporation be awarded as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Dynalec Corporation is the only company that has technical propriety data necessary to manufacturer the required OEM parts. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items may submit complete information which includes, a letter from the OEM verifying the quoter is an authorized distributor, and verifying the OEM will supply only genuine OEM parts.

All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and shall provide their DUNS and Tax Information Number (TIN) with their quote.
