The City of Holly Hill, Florida, is requesting proposals from experienced contractor(s) to replace the existing pedestrian bridge at Sunrise Park, located at 1135 Riverside Drive, Holly Hill, Florida 32117 with an aluminum span bridge. Consideration will be given for alternate plans including pilings. This project will include design and construction, and will require that the foot bridge be brought into current standards of building code and will require permits from the St. John’s River Water Management District, Army Corps of Engineers, City of Holly Hill and all other appropriate agencies. A more detailed Scope of Work can be found in ‘Exhibit A’ of the bid packet. The proposals are to be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
