The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to rehabilitate and make site improvements to Timmons Park located at 121 Oxford Street, Greenville, SC 29607. Project includes, but not limited to, excavation, grading, earthwork, installation of regenerative stormwater conveyance system, parking lot construction to include marking and striping, removing and relocating power and lighting, path and concrete patio installation, and landscaping. A Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Greenville will be required to accompany each bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the successful bidder after acceptance of offer by the City.
