The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a pedestrian hybrid beacon on Rutherford Street near Echols Street. The scope of work will consist of the installation of mast arm signal poles and signal equipment, a landscaped pedestrian refuge on Rutherford Street, and a concrete island on Echols Street.
