Notice Summary INVITATION TO BID Medford School District Maslow Parking Lot Improvements Bids Due no later than 2:00 p.m., June 29, 2021 ITB 21-00-18 Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District at the Facilities Department, located at 815 S Oakdale Ave., Medford, OR 97501 no later than 2:00 p.m., June 29, 2021. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM in the Facilities conference room, located at 815 S Oakdale Ave., Medford OR 97501. Take W Barnett into our parking lot we are in the annex on the far left in Building A. The project address is 500 Monroe St., Medford, OR 97501. Medford School District 549C (District) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment required for the Maslow Parking Lot Improvements located at 500 Monroe St, Medford, OR 97501. The project includes erosion control; demolition and removal of site features; general excavation; subgrade geotextile; structural fill; asphaltic concrete paving; concrete sidewalks and curbs; rain garden; pvc conduits; chain link fence; pavement marking and accessible signage; landscape irrigation; soil preparation; hydroseeding. Drawings for the project are part of the ITB and available on the District website, as well as at the Medford Builders Exchange. Work by the District will include City of Medford Planning and Building Permit Fees; landscaping and irrigation directly impacted by the work (other than the work shown on the drawings). Contractors working on the site are required to have a business license from the City of Medford. The work is to be completed between July 6, 2021 and October 15, 2021. [email protected] Trailer Comments The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive as an informality any immaterial irregularities, and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
