Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is soliciting for ** PANEL, FALSE DECK ** in accordance with solicitation specifications.

This acquisition will be negotiated on a SMALL BUSINESS SET A SIDE. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quote prior to offer due date. A determination to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Terms will be FOB: ORIGIN

The solicitation is posted to the BETA.SAM website on 23 NOVEMBER 2021 with quotes due by 2 DECEMBER 2021.

A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The required delivery date is 30 DAYS ARO. Provide best delivery lead time ARO.

All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the BETA.SAM.GOV website: https://www.beta.sam.gov.

Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.

NOTE: Vendors quoting equals must submit their offer with manufacturer specifications for evaluation. Offers received without specifications will be considered as non-responsive.
