ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF WATERTOWN WATERTOWN, SD 2024 PICKLEBALL FACILITY, PROJECT NO. 2408 General Notice City of Watertown (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2024 PICKLEBALL FACILITY, PROJECT NO. 2408 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Finance Office located City Hall until Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 3:30p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 3,625 SF of 4” concrete sidewalk, 17,152 SF of post-tensioned concrete pavement, 1,905 CY of unclassified excavation, 1,906 SY of woven geotextile fabric, 2,573 Ton of non-frost susceptible fill, 533 Ton of aggregate base course, 525 LF of silt fence, 2 curb inlet protections, 476 LF of 4’ black vinyl chain-link fence, 748 LF of 8’ black vinyl chain-link fence, 4 Each of 4’x4’ black vinyl chain-link gate, 4 Each of 4’x8’ black vinyl chain-link gate, 10’x40’ shade structure, liquid applied acrylic surfacing, court markings, netting system, and landscaping.
