CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 2024 Pavement Condition Assessment The City of Pasco, Washington, (City) Department of Public Works – Engineering is requesting Proposals from qualified Vendors/Firms registered in the State of Washington to provide Pavement Condition Assessment services. The project will evaluate the 364 miles of roadway within Pasco City Limits and Urban Growth Boundary area. This project will utilize automated or semi-automated mechanical pavement survey equipment that must be capable of conducting the assessment at greater than 15MPH (for roadways) to minimize the impedance of normal traffic. This project is anticipated to last (5) months, beginning in 05/01/2024 and completion shall be no later than 09/30/2024. If necessary, the selected Vendor/Firm will be responsible for following all processes and completing all documentation required to comply with Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and/or Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements. The selected Vendor/Firm’s proposal will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: Pavement Management Experience, Data Collection Methods and Processing, Pavement Feature Collection, GIS Integration, Price, & Schedule.
