City of Elgin seeks a qualified vendor to complete holiday lighting decorations in the downtown historic district. 109 Depot Street 13 Trees in Veterans Memorial Park wrapped with Cool White LED. Lights on trunks and branches. 205 Depot Avenue 3 trees in Veterans Memorial Park Expansion wrapped with Cool White LED. Lights on trunks and branches. 310 N Main Street 2 Oak Trees at City Hall with Warm white LED Lights wrapped on Trunks and placed in canopies. 404 North Main Street 4 trees at Library with Warm white LED Lights wrapped on Trunks and placed in canopies. All lights, extension cords, timers to be provided by vendor. All installation must be completed by a professional vendor with insurance. Provide maintenance as needed to ensure full operation during the season. Respond within 24 hours to make light repairs if needed. Lights in Veterans Park & Park Expansion to be installed and operational before October 20. Lights at City Hall and Library to be installed and Operational by November 15. Lights to be removed after January 9. Multi-year contracts will be considered. First year of installation will be 2024. Bids must include information about company’s insurance coverage and three references for current customers or installations less than two years old.
