Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide 2024 Ford Broncos to the Georgia Department of Agriculture as further described in this eRFQ. DELIVERY OF VEHICLES MUST OCCUR WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF AWARD. For TECHNICAL questions related to the use of Team Georgia Marketplace¿, suppliers must call for support through the DOAS Customer Service Help Desk at 404-657-6000, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding State Holidays or any other day state offices are closed such as furlough days or closings in response to inclement weather. Requests for CLARIFICATION of the details in this event must be submitted to the Issuing Officer via email prior to the deadline indicated in the Schedule of Events (Section 1.4) in the State Entity eRFQ (Attachment A). ISSUING OFFICER WILL NOT RESPOND TO QUESTIONS SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE.
