CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) 2024-2025 Design Services for MLB Required Improvements at GESA Stadium Project No. TBD The City of Pasco, Washington, (City) Public Works Department – Engineering is soliciting a Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the Major League Baseball (MLB) Required Improvements at GESA Stadium located at 6200 Burden Blvd, Pasco, WA 99301, home of the Tri-City Dust Devils, an affiliate of the Anaheim Angels. This project will evaluate the needs and constraints of the existing facility (GESA Stadium) and utilize the list of MLB required improvements in detail to design the future enhancements. The selected Consultant shall provide services including, but not limited to: detailed design including preparation of plans, specifications & estimate (PS&E), development of bid documents, stakeholder coordination, data gathering and condition assessment of existing facility and lead all associated permitting. The scope of work may also include, bid support, construction administration and inspection services, if deemed necessary by the City.
