CITY OF GUTHRIE NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the City of Guthrie will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2024 for Building Demolition and Site Clearance Services for the various residential and related structures on the properties listed below: Property Address 201 E PERKINS AVE 301 N 1ST STREET 512 E GRANT AVE 616 E LINCOLN AVE 624 E HARRISON AVE 919 N ASH STREET 1123 W WASHINGTON AVE 1217 E LINCOLN AVE 1423 E LINCOLN AVE 1802 W WARNER AVE Instruction to Bidders and Bid Packets may be obtained at the City of Guthrie, Finance Office, located on the second floor of City Hall, 101 N 2nd St, Guthrie, OK 73044 or by emailing Jessie Bryan at [email protected]. Bids must be submitted on City bid documents with Bid No 2024-06, Building Demo and Site Clearance Service clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. At 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2024, the bids will be opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers. The City of Guthrie reserves the right to reject any and all bids; waive irregularities and formalities in any bid submitted. In addition, the City reserves the right to contract with one or more parties to perform identical services as deemed appropriate.
