CITY OF SILVERTON2023 SILVERTON OVERLAY PROJECT BIDS DUE ON TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 2023, 2:00 PM, LOCAL TIME INVITATION TO BIDThe City of Silverton is seeking sealed bids to complete an asphalt pavement grind and overlay project on W Main Street in the west part of town. The project will include ADA ramp improvements, grinding existing pavement 2", and a 2" asphalt overlay. The area to be improved is W Main Street from Westfield to Center Street. Documents available will be available from May 15 through June 20, 2023 at silverton.or.us/rfps or obtained in person from Silverton City Hall, 306 S. Water St., Silverton, OR by contacting Bart Stepp at 503-874-2209 or [email protected]. Firms must be added to the planholder list to obtain documents. Sealed bids shall be delivered by mail (prior to bid closing date and time) or hand carried to Silverton City Hall. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
