Sealed bids for construction of 2023 Screven Drainage LMIG Phase I Project will be received until October 9th, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Screven County Commissioners Office at 216 Mims Road Suite 100, Sylvania, Georgia 30467 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: Drainage improvements, including but not limited to, removal of existing CMP and RCP storm pipe, approximately 330 LF of 30¿, 48¿, 54¿ 60¿, and 72¿ HP pipe, flared end sections, rip-rap, removing and replacing pavement, and grassing. The work will include improvements to Harmony Road, Hiltonia Creek Road, and Halycondale Road. Time allotted for completion of work is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
