INVITATION TO BID Bucks County Community College (BCCC), 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940, invites the submission of sealed bids in accordance with Bid Specification #2023-0829 – Health Sciences Refurbished Ultrasound Machine. Bidding documents will be available free of charge at www.pennbid.net after 7:00 a.m. EST, Tuesday, 9/5/2023. Sealed bids must be received on or before Tuesday, 10/3/2023, at 10:00 a.m. EST via PennBid. No bids will be accepted after this time. Bids will be opened via. PennBid on the same day at approx. 10:00 a.m. EST. Each bidder must deposit with their bid surety in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the General Stipulations. Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall be aware of all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, wage rates, and underwriter approval and shall include a sum to cover the cost of all items included in the specification and pertinent documents.
