The City of Dickinson plans to apply for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funding from the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) and is soliciting proposals to provide engineering/architectural/surveying services for HMGP contract(s), if awarded. Statement of Qualifications must be received by the City no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 8, 2022 to be considered. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit qualification and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
