Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Jackson Township, Lebanon County for the 2022 Fairlane Avenue Park Improvements Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, March 21, 2022, at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. All bidding documents and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid:https://pennbid.procureware.com/home Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of two (2) pickleball courts, fencing, 4-bay swing unit, landscaping, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings. The Township will procure the 4-bay swing unit, and related accessories via the COSTARS purchasing program for installation by the Contractor. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Jackson Township Building, 60 North Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 17067. Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
