Bids are for the Highland Hall Interior Renovation for the City of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Bids will not be accepted after 2:00p.m., Thursday, December 15, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Council Chambers, Guthrie City Hall, 101 N. 2nd Street, Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044.
