The government is in need of a contractor to provide event management and coordination for the 2021 U.S. Strategic Command Deterrence Symposium.  Event management includes securing a venue for at least 700 guests and distinguished visitors, providing both catering services and audio-visual recording throughout the event, as well as constructing and managing a symposium website. The website shall provide participant registration/conference fee collection, event information, and a database of mail merge participant contact information for tracking purposes. Additionally, the contractor must have the capability to transition from an in-person conference to a virtual conference if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Period of Performance will consist of a 4 month period with no options (1 April 2021 - 31 July 2021).
