NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received at the Finance Office in City Hall in Green River, Wyoming, 50 East 2nd North, on or before 2:00 pm (local time) December 17, 2020, on said date; at which time all Bids in hand will be publicly opened and read. The following is a brief description of the project. The existing Trane condenser unit which services the Recreation Center gymnasium is over 17 years old, is R22 and needs to be replaced. The new condenser will need to be 407C to be able to reuse the existing evaporator coil. New TXV valves will be installed to match the 407C. The existing lines can be reused but will need to be flushed. Work will include removal and disposal of the existing condenser unit and installation of a new unit according to specifications in the project manual and installation of the new unit resulting in turn-key operations compatible with existing control equipment.
