Sealed bids for construction of 2021 Millen LMIG will be received until August 26th 2021, 11 AM at the City of Millen City Hall at 919 College Avenue, Millen, Georgia 30442 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: Road improvements including, but not limited to, the construction of 4” deep patching, bituminous tack coat, OGI leveling course, 9.5 mm mix asphalt, and striping for Grimm Avenue, Park Avenue, and Reeves Street.
