The Braselton Town Manager’s Office, located at 4982 Highway 53, Braselton, Georgia 30517, will receive sealed proposals until: Friday, April 9, 2021, 10:00 am EST For the project known as: Town of Braselton 2021 LMIG Asphalt Resurfacing Project Project Number: RFB #2021LMIG Proposals are due by 10:00 am EST. and will be opened and read aloud shortly thereafter in the Town Hall Conference Room, 4982 Highway 53, Braselton, Georgia 30517. No other determination of award will take place at the bid opening. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The Owner of the project is the Town of Braselton. The Engineer for the project is BM&K Construction & Engineering. The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: Base Bid Approximately 1.24 miles of asphalt patching, resurfacing, and striping on Dunbar Road, Chardonnay Trace, Bayberry Ridge Drive, Morning Light Way, & Riverview Parkway in the Town of Braselton, GA. Alternate 1 – Hoschton The City of Hoschton is soliciting proposals from qualified construction firms for the removal and replacement of a portion of West Jefferson Street and West Broad Street.
