The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from experienced and qualified carnival operators to provide and operate paid carnival rides and games during Manchester’s Annual Homecoming Festival & Carnival. Sealed proposals must be received by the City of Manchester, Missouri; Director of Parks, Recreation, & Arts, 359 Old Meramec Station Rd., Manchester, MO 63021 prior to June 1, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. (CDT). Each proposal shall consist of one original packet of qualifications submitted either by mail or electronically to e-mail.
