This work consists of the construction of 3058’ of 8” Ductile Iron Water Main along Ryders Lane, the Private Drive, & Berkeley Road, along with the installation of (8) fire hydrants with auxiliary valve and valve box, (7) new 4’ diameter valve vaults, (5) new 8” water valves, (5) storm inlets, (4) manholes, 3608’ of flat concrete curb, 397’ of 1-1/2” copper water service line replacement. 4,135 square yards of existing asphalt pavement will be removed and replaced with 869 tons of binder, N50, 435 tons of warm-mix asphalt surface course (Mix “D”), and 156’ of new 12” storm sewer water main quality pipe. The existing driveway aprons will be removed and replaced in kind. All asphalt work for this project will use warm-mix asphalt. Areas disturbed by construction operations will be restored with 2475 square yards of topsoil and sod. This project is located on Ryders Lane from Berkeley Road to Ridge Road, Berkeley Road from Ryders Lane to Ridge Road, and the Private Drive from the west dead end to Ryders Lane.
