The City of Cumming (Owner) is requesting Proposal for the construction of the following Project: 2020 PWPF IMPROVEMENTS - 19084 Proposals for the construction of the Project will be received at the Cumming City Hall located at 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040, until Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 11:30 AM local time. Results of the Proposal scoring will be public posted in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers. Project includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment for the following Work: Installation of High Service Pump Controller and Valve, painting of pipe galleries and clearwells, installation of guard rail along SR 9, correction of deficiencies at Cumming Raw Water Intake. Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $2,000,000. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days.
