2020 LUNA ALLOTMENT WELLS: The Gila National Forest is requesting offerors for performing the drilling of 2 water wells for livestock and wildlife use.  The wells must meet all livestock (non-potable) well code and regulations.  The Contractor will apply for water rights through the State of New Mexico and the Forest Service shall retain ownership of the water rights and facilities to make use of that water.  Drilling to a good reliable water source is estimated for each well (See Specs).  Wells will be solely used for livestock and wildlife and will be a non-potable water source.  This project is located on the Quemado Ranger District in Luna, New Mexico.
