The Work to be completed under this contract consists of all labor, equipment and materials to replace eight existing Rooftop HVAC Units at the Montgomery Township Building, 1001 Stump Road, Montgomeryville PA 18936. The units are to be replaced in kind and are selected to fit onto the existing roof curbs. Related control work, gas piping and electrical power work is included. New smoke detectors are to be connected to existing Fire Alarm system.
