Base Bid: a. Retrofit and/or replace the existing fluorescent and metal halide light fixtures with LED lighting as indicated. b. Replace the existing Building Management and Control system. c. Replace the existing packaged water-cooled air condition units and associated cooling tower with air-cooled chillers. d. Replace the existing heating water boilers. e. Perform associated site work, paving and repair of finishes as required by M and E work.
