The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for lodging services. Hotel location shall be within a 15 mile radius of Building 3-201 Coulter Road, Ft. Indiantown Gap/Annville, PA 17003-5044. The period of performance is 01 March 2017 through 31 December 2017. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted services. This requirement will be 100% small business set-aside. This is not a requirement for even planning services. Award will not be made to an offeror, which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 721110, with a related small business size standard of $32.5M.

This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 14 February 2017. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60.
