Army Contracting Command - New Jersey intends to solicit & award an acquisition for lodging. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted services which include providing guest rooms within a 10 mile radius of Building 3-201 Coulter Road, Ft Indiantown Gap/Annville, PA 17003-5044. This is not a requirement for event planning services. Award will not be made to an offeror, which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 721110, with a related small business size standard of $32.5M.

The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as a 100% set aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be posted on or about 16 December 2015 via Federal Business Opportunities Website located at https://www.fbo.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation block 8. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the website for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation.
