The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole sourced award to CCH, Incorporated, of 2700 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, IL, 60015, Annotated Internal Revenue Code, and Annotated Internal Revenue Regulations. CCH Codes and Regulations are copyrighted materials and are only published and sold by CCH on GSA schedule, which offers the best value to the Government. Contractor must be registered in SAM (www.SAM.gov.) This announcement cancels on March 24, 2015at 11:59 pm EST. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. Contractor must be registered in SAM System (www.SAM.gov.). This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this office is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. This request is submitted under the guidelines of Streamline Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and Federal Supply Schedules (FSS). Award will be made in form of a government delivery order. If no responses are received the award will be made to CCH Incorporated.
