2015 BLACK BOB EAST FENCE - Reserve Ranger District This project consists of acquiring services for new fence construction on approximately 3.5 miles of livestock fence, including approximately 0.2 miles of natural barriers, totaling 3.7 miles. This project also includes the removal of approximately 2.6 miles of old barbed wire fence. The new fence will consist of a 4 strand fence (top three barbed, bottom smooth), that must meet Forest Service standards and specifications. Designated gate locations will be identified for wire gate or pipe gate installation. The fence right away will be identified with flagging and will be cleared eight foot on each side of the fence for sixteen foot right of way. Exception will be in designated Roadles Area where right of way will only consist of limbing or brushing (0.4 miles).
