Project Description:

Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about May 16, 2014

Description: Manual PCT/Piling on Plantations.

Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project.

Location: This project will be located on the Doublehead Ranger District of the Modoc National Forest, Modoc and Siskiyou Counties, CA.

Price Range: Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business concerns.

Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than 4:00 p.m. PDT on date indicated on solicitation.

SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is a consolidation of the former Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) databases.
