The United States Capitol Police, Office of Facilities and Logistics, Vehicle Maintenance Division has a requirement to purchase two (2) FLHTP 2013 Model Harley Davidson Motorcycles, with ABS in Birch White with Black Tour Paks and Birch White Saddlebags with sidecar connection kits and with the following accessories installed: LED Emergency Lighting on Tour Paks, Red/Blue LED Pursuit Lights and Emergency Response Kits (Amp/Siren).  All specifications to motorcycles are mandatory.
