ADVERTISEMENT: An immediate need exists for a lease at a maximum of 19,000 square foot of warehouse space within the City of Bellingham, WA.
The area of interest is defined as a facility that is within a 1 mile radius North, South, East and West of the Port of Bellingham International Airport.
The preference is for a single story facility with all available modern utilities, i.e. electricity and telephone service, sewer service, etc. The property should be available for occupancy on/about March 2009.
The lease term will be firm for three (3) years, with two one year (1) option(s).
The facility must be able to support approximately 85 on-site, secured parking spaces. The Governmentââ¬â¢s future improvements to the facility may include, but are not limited to, installing secured perimeter fencing, interior modular furnishings, maintenance areas, erecting light poles and installing a communications tower.
