The Town of Bristol is accepting Bid Proposals from anyone that is interested in purchasing the following used vehicle: • 2008 Ford F550, VIN# 1FDAF57R88EB00491, mileage 71472, 6.4L diesel engine, 4-wheel drive, regular cab with 58“ cab to axle, 12 foot painted steel flat bed 1. Minimum Bid Price for the purchase of the truck is: $5,000.00 2. The truck is being sold “as is” with no warranties neither written nor implied. 3. The truck may be viewed at the Fire Department at 85 Lake St. Bristol, NH 03222 M-F, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 603-744-2632 4. The successful bidder will provide a certified bank check made payable to the Town of Bristol or may provide cash in the amount of the purchase. 5. The truck must be paid for and removed from the Fire Department by the successful bidder within 7 business days of being notified that they are being awarded the truck. If it is not, then the Town reserves the right to award the truck to the second successful bidder. 6. The Town of Bristol reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities; or to accept any bid as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. 7.
