Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with CCN Consulting, Inc. for the office of National Oceanic& Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) in Seattle, WA. The purpose of proposed contract is to obtain instrumentation for simultaneous shipboard measurements of air and seawater pCO2 for the NOAA ship Miller Freeman. NOAA PMEL has standardized on Automated Underway PCO2 System built by CCN Consulting, Inc. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
