The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Ockerman Automation Consulting, Inc; 619 Commercial ave #34, Anacortes, WA 98221-1730. The contractor shall provide a managed shore power circuit breaker system, and the acquisition of key software tools and development of automated systems recovery protocols for the Dredge Essayons. Ockerman Automation Consulting Inc designed and was directly involved with supplying the shore power system that is currently installed on the ship. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be made on the basis of this notice. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
