Coast Guard 225 WLB buoy tenders. These components are being purchased as system stock in support of the installed equipment. Only Bird Johnson parts are acceptable due to compatibility. Delivery to be negotiated--FOB Destination to the U. S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, Curtis Bay, Baltimore, MD. It is the government's belief that only Bird Johnson, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) can provide the said components. However, all qualified, responsible potential sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No specifications or drawings are available. Concerns that submit a proposal on this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capabilities to meet the requirements. Detailed data by which to evaluate the potential offeror's capabilities shall be submitted in duplicate with the offer. No cost or pricing data is required.
