The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the renovation of several parking garages throughout the City. A Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Greenville will be required to accompany each bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the successful bidder after acceptance of offer by the City.
