The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Delano Parking Lot Project. This existing gravel parking lot is to be increased in size and brought up to City of Greenville standards. The proposed scope of work includes resurfacing, grading, curb and gutter, drainage, bioretention areas, concrete sidewalk, and landscaping. A Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Greenville will be required to accompany each bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the successful bidder after acceptance of offer by the City.
