Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for removal of existing elevator and equipment within the Hanover County Wickham building. Provide a new, complete elevator and necessary equipment to ensure use within the existing elevator shaft. The work generally includes, but is not limited to: potential hazardous materials abatement, selective demolition, elevator removal and installation, and all other Work indicated by the Contract Documents.
