This solicitation is an unrestricted buy for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 6140-01-467-9576 (Battery Storage) and 6140-01-484-5373 (Battey Storage) not to exceed 60 months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first. Require delivery day is 90 ADO. FOB origin and inspection/acceptance at destination is required. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 10/25/2013; however, **DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and emailed to [email protected] (prefer method).

Note - Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.

This solicitation is not 100% set-aside for small business concerns.

The Small Business size standard is 500 employees.

Drawings/specifications will be available through DIBBS.

The total duration (base years) shall not exceed 5 years.

This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6140.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
