This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819Q6688 is issued as an intent to sole source. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

This requirement is NOT eligible for small business set-aside.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to Germane Systems LC., for a quantity of 5 each 1U Server Configuration, GRS1385F-NS02-1, part number 701707-01. This specific component will be a part of and will be used as Installation and Checkout and must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed. Germane Systems LC. is located in Chantilly, Virginia.

Please include shipping/freight cost to Dam Neck, VA 23454 if applicable. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Must be an authorized reseller.
