The Housing Authority of the City of Harford (HACH) is seeking proposals for the migration of their current phone system to a cloud hosted platform. The successful vendor will provide the following migration tasks and ongoing services: • Configuration migration of HACH’s current Switchvox 360 on premises PBX to a cloud hosted Switchvox, managed solution • Porting of current numbers to cloud hosted provider’s PSTN infrastructure • Reprogramming of current Digium telephones • Ongoing managed services (description below) • Unlimited local and long-distance call plan • All E-911 registration and ongoing services • All hosting, maintenance, support, and service of the hosted PBX environment. (HACH will retain the ability to conduct moves, adds, changes, and administrative programming of the system) • SLA of 99.99%, with a credit if service falls below that threshold
