The Regional Training Institute (RTI) and South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to support scheduled training with three meals daily. This requirement is achieved through contractor prepared and served meals at the Dining Facility on Fort Meade, SD 57741.  Service is from 3 June 2023 – 28 July 2023 with an average of 450 meals a day. Meals will be larger than industry standard quantities to facilitate a higher caloric requirement of students The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Officer Candidate School (OCS) meal services.  The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. 

The solicitation will follow this presolicitation within two week.

All interested parties will must have an active SAM Registration at time of solicitation closing (closing date to be determined on solicitation notice).
