Jessie King. Architect: Dale | Bailey, An Association. Project Description: Project consists of A complete reconstruction of the Leland HS football stadium grandstands and support facilities. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1,000,000. The Owner has set a goal of 15% participation of locally owned companies for this project and a goal of 15% minority / woman owned participation for this project. Contractor must prove and document a good faith effort in writing of their efforts to obtain these goals within (7) days of notification of award of contract. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.
