Amendment 4- Proposal Due Date is Revised to Monday, May 23, 2016 at 2:00 pm CT. 
The following questions were asked: 
 Referring to Bid Item 2, Drawing 2, Note: "Re-Install roller gate and receiver"

                        Bid Item 4, Drawing 1, Note: "Cut fence opening into

brick and remove full depth. Pavement traffic lane will be installed by

other contract. Re-Install Advantor gate and hardware".  

Where are the locations preferred/suggested to get power for relocating the

gate motors?

The answer to this question is shown in the new attachment " Gate Power Feed.pdf" which is added to this Solicitation.


Additionally - To be considered responsive to this solicitation, Offerors must provide past performance information.  This needs to include Relevant past performance which should include similarity of service/support, complexity, dollar value, and contract type on projects performed within the last 3 years.  This can include other MATOC project, other open market projects, other National Guard projects, or projects performed for other agencies.

The offerors should also include information that can be verified to allow the government to determine how well your company has performed on proejcts in the past.  This can include contact information for project managers and contracting officers on past projects.
