USNS PREVAIL Docking Restricted Availability (DRAV) to be worked at the contractor's facility. The work includes drydocking, hull preservation, hull inspection, shaft inspection and Propellor inspection. The time and place for the contractor's inspection is to be determined. The place of performance is restricted to homeport. This is a Best Value solicitation with past performance as a factor. Contractors are encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals. MSR. Only those that submit a Contractor Information Request will receive a copy of the solicitation and amendments.
